Nope! Okendo Referrals is priced using a flat monthly fee based on order volumes – no extra charges.
Okendo Referrals is currently integrated with Klaviyo. Additional integrations are scheduled. Contact Sales to discuss your needs.
Product questions
No, the referral sender’s link is static and does not change so once a referrer signs up, they can share that same link in perpetuity.
Referrers are unable to reward themselves, and rewards are only issued for new customers and first time orders. Fraud protection also includes delayed coupon sends and merchant referral cancelation.
At this time, coupons do not work for subscriptions products.
Coupons cannot be stacked or rewarded as points at this time (but this will be possible with Okendo Loyalty – coming soon).

Nope! Okendo offers flexible, monthly subscriptions which you can cancel any time. More power to you!
If you would like to continue sending referral invites for orders over your plan limit you can choose to either upgrade your plan level or purchase a once-off ‘top up’ of order credits. You can upgrade or downgrade plans at any time.
