The following Privacy Policy applies to the products and services provided by Okendo Pty Ltd ACN 165 005 989 or Okendo Inc.

In this policy, the words "we", "our", "us", "Okendo" and "Site" refer to http://okendo.io, any Okendo software or web based application and Okendo Pty Ltd (ACN 165 005 989), Okendo Inc and all of their related entities. This Privacy Policy applies to and should be read in conjunction with the Okendo End User Terms (collectively, the "Agreement"), which are available on https://okendo.io/legal-end-users/terms/.

We may, at our sole discretion, to amend, add or remove any part of this Privacy Policy with reasonable notice to you.

We recognise the importance of protecting the privacy of personal information. We employ strict policies and security measures to protect the information you provide us.

When you register with us, use Okendo, or provide us with your personal information, you give us consent to process and use such submitted personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to all protected personal information collected, maintained or used by Us

We only collect information on behalf of our customers or to improve our products.

We collect information in the following ways:

1. Information you give to us directly. This includes:

   1. Information about you. This might include your name, email, contact information, images, photographs, social media profile links, and profile information such as age, gender, location, physical features or any other information you intentionally provide on the Okendo platform;

   2. Review data. This includes information about products or services you have purchased, your experience with those products or services, and photos of the products or services that you that you submit to us on the Okendo platform.

   3. Survey data: This includes structured and unstructured answers to questions that we send to you, and which you submit to us on the Okendo platform.

2. Information we collect through your use of our services. This includes:

   1. information collected by our server, from or about the computers, phones, or other devices where you access our services, including the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, operating system, browser and platform, the average time you spend on Okendo, the pages of Okendo you have visited, your language settings and time zone and your device fingerprint;

   2. cookies and other similar identifiers, which we send to your computer's browser for session identification purposes.

3. Information from third parties. We receive information provided to us by our customers and their ecommerce platforms, including:

   1. Information about your interactions with those third parties, including user identifiers, order numbers, products you have purchased from them, status of any incentives or rewards you have received, how much money you have spent and other descriptions about you that they provide to us;

   2. Information about you, including, your full name, your postal code, your email address, your telephone number and your transaction currency;

4. Information from third parties at your request. If you choose to authenticate with Okendo using a social media account, we may receive your email address, your full name and your social media profile picture, unique user identifiers, social media profile links, and personal profile information such as age, gender, location, interests and physical features.

We may use, or disclose to third parties, the information you give to us directly and the information we receive from third parties in order to:

1. deliver services to our customers, including marketing and advertising services;

2. provide, maintain, protect and improve our services for the benefit of our customers, to develop new services, and to protect our services and our customers. We may also use this information to offer others tailored services, products, projects or seasonal promotions;

3. keep a record of your communications with us to help solve any issues or disputes that might arise;

4. help verify accounts and activity, and to promote safety and security on and off of our services, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of our terms or policies;

1. measure the use of Okendo and to administer and improve Okendo. We interpret this statistical data in our continuing effort to improve Okendo and your user experience.

2. gather information on which web pages are visited and how often, to make Okendo more user friendly, and to give you a better experience when you return to Okendo.

We may combine the information you give to us directly with the information we collect through your use of our service or from third parties.

In delivering our products or collecting and using your personal information, we may be required to disclose some of your personal information to third party organisations, including external service providers; our legal, accounting, financial or other professional advisors; and regulatory or government authorities as required by law.

When making payments using our services, or receiving payments using our services, your financial details are passed through a secure server using industry standard encryption technology.

We use industry standard encryption technology to transmit and encrypt all financial and payment information in our possession.
