Vets Love Pets is reimagining how Australians access pet health essentials–by making expert care and products more accessible, affordable, and vet-backed from start to finish.

The brand wanted a way to deepen relationships with pet parents while staying true to its purpose-driven, vet-supported identity.

To achieve this, Vets Love Pets partnered with Andzen to design and implement a comprehensive loyalty program and full-funnel lifecycle marketing strategy to turn customer engagement into long-term value.

Vets Love Pets was also strongly supported by the Shopify Platinum Partner, Convert Digital, who collaborated deeply with Okendo on the development frontend & backend infrastructure for the implementation of a pixel perfect program.

The Solution:

Andzen & Convert Digital both recommended Okendo Loyalty for its flexible, customizable features and deep integration with Klaviyo. Together, they launched VLP Rewards, a tiered loyalty program designed to reward customers for purchases and engagement with the brand.

Andzen also integrated Okendo Loyalty with Klaviyo to leverage loyalty data across the journey. This enabled Vets Love Pets to build targeted segments for each tier and personalize messaging based on membership status. Loyalty insights were also embedded into key touchpoints, ensuring members were consistently engaged with relevant rewards, perks, and incentives.

The results? Since launching the program, Vets Love Pets has seen over 14,700 customers enroll in under 9 months, with members 2.4X more likely to repeat purchase, a 10.6% higher AOV, and top-tier members driving 43% more orders per customer.
