Okendo × Fuego Loyalty Launch Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

The Offer

Eligible merchants who launch an Okendo Loyalty program and a Fuego mobile app can receive Okendo-funded prize money to run a customer-facing giveaway that promotes their loyalty launch. The prize funding is paid out as prizes to the merchant's own customers who sign up for the merchant's loyalty program. The prize funding is not credit toward, or a discount on, any Okendo or Fuego subscription. Participating merchants keep their own paid Okendo Loyalty subscription. The funding applies only to the customer-facing giveaway described below.

Offer Period

The Offer runs from its start date through September 30, 2026, unless funding is exhausted earlier. Funding is limited and awarded on a first come, first served basis. Once the total campaign funding is claimed, the Offer closes.

Eligibility

To qualify, a merchant must:

• Have a live Okendo Loyalty program (launched and published, not just committed).
• Launch a Fuego mobile app.
• Be on an Okendo Growth plan or above.
• Operate on Shopify with customer accounts enabled.

Both the Okendo Loyalty program and the Fuego app must be launched to qualify. Launching only one does not qualify.

Prize Funding

Funding is determined by the merchant's Okendo plan and awarded as 10 equal prizes to the merchant's customers:

Prizes go to the merchant's customers (not the merchant) and pay out as store credit with the participating brand. Promotional copy may describe funding as "up to $10,000."

How the Giveaway Works

• Merchants invite shoppers to join their Okendo Loyalty program to enter.
• A free alternate method of entry is provided, as required by law.
• The merchant runs a random draw to select 10 winners at the end of the campaign.
• Winners receive their prize as store credit from the merchant.
• Okendo provides an Official Rules template, compliance checklist, and promotion toolkit to make it simple.

Fuego Incentive (non-Fuego merchants only)

Merchants who are not already Fuego customers and who launch a Fuego app as part of the Offer receive 3 months of Fuego free, fully built, with no implementation or onboarding costs. These terms are provided and administered by Fuego and do not apply to existing Fuego customers.

Compliance Notes

• Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes. Merchants should issue 1099 forms for prizes over $600 where applicable. (At Enterprise, $1,000 prizes exceed this threshold; Advanced and Power/Growth prizes fall below it.)
• Merchants must disclose how entrant data is used, in line with their privacy policy.
• Okendo reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
• Okendo reserves the right to modify or end the Offer at any time.
