The following Privacy Policy applies to the products and services provided by Okendo Pty Ltd ACN 165 005 989 or Okendo Inc.

In this policy, the words "we", "our", "us", "Okendo" and "Site" refer to http://okendo.io, any Okendo software or web based application and Okendo Pty Ltd (ACN 165 005 989), Okendo Inc, and all of their related entities. This Privacy Policy applies to and should be read in conjunction with the Okendo Merchant Terms (collectively, the "Agreement"), which are available on https://okendo.io/legal-merchants/terms/.

We may, at our sole discretion, to amend, add or remove any part of this Privacy Policy with reasonable notice to you.

We recognise the importance of protecting the privacy of personal information. We employ strict policies and security measures to protect the information you provide us.

When you register with us, use Okendo, or provide us with your personal information, you give us consent to process and use such submitted personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to all protected personal information collected, maintained or used by Us.

We will only collect information about you when you provide it to us, or authorise us to collect it from a third party, and we only collect information to provide services to you.

We collect information in the following ways:

1. Information you give to us directly. This might includes:

   1. Information about you and your business. This might include your name, your business name, email address, address, telephone number, and any other information you intentionally provide to us;

   2. Information about your relationship your ecommerce platform, including your business' ecommerce platform identifier;

   3. Information about your financial transactions. This includes account and authentication information, as well as billing, shipping and contact details.

2. Information we collect through your use of our services. This includes:

   1. information collected by our server, from or about the computers, phones, or other devices where you access our services, including the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, operating system, browser and platform, the average time you spend on Okendo, the pages of Okendo you have visited, your language settings and time zone and your device fingerprint;

   2. information collected by our platform, about your interactions with our platform, including real time records of the actions and interactions you perform on our platform and heatmaps of the areas of the platform that you visit most frequently and interact with, tracking clicks, taps, keystrokes, and scrolling behavior.

   3. cookies and other similar identifiers, which we send to your computer's browser for session identification purposes.

3. Information provided to us by your ecommerce platform including:

   1. Information about your business, including the name of the owner of your business, your full business address, your business email address, your business phone number, your business' internet domain name and the time zone in which your business operates;

   2. Information about your relationship your ecommerce platform, including details of your service plan;

   3. Information about the goods and services you provide, including your full product catalogue and order history;

   4. Information about your customers, including full name, postal code, email address, telephone number, transaction currency, user identifiers, order numbers, products they have purchased from you, status of any incentives or rewards they have received, how much money they have spent and other descriptions such as customer tags;

4. Information provided to us by your third party service providers at your request, including:

   1. information provided by Google LLC, such as:

      1. your Google account email address, the name associated with your Google account, a list of the Google Analytics accounts you have access to and the names associated with those accounts, the time zone associated with your Google account; and

      2. Google Analytics property IDs, property display names, profile IDs, profile names, profile created dates, audiences, custom metrics and custom dimensions, ecommerce dimensions and ecommerce metric data.

5. We receive information about you and your activities from third-parties, information provided to us by other product or services providers, or information from other users about your experiences or interactions with them.

We may use, or disclose to third parties, the information you give to us directly and the information we receive from third parties in order to:

1. deliver products or services to you, to collect payments, and to manage your account, to market to you directly, as well as provide you with information about our products and services, and to notify you of changes to our products and services;

2. contact you about new products, projects or services. If you wish not to receive such communications, can unsubscribe from any mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link that can be found in all communication emails that are sent;

3. provide, maintain, protect and improve our services for your benefit, or for the benefit of others, to develop new services, and to protect our services and our customers. We may also use this information to offer you, or others, tailored services, products, projects or promotions;

4. keep a record of your communications with us to help solve any issues or disputes that might arise;

5. help verify accounts and activity, and to promote safety and security on and off of our services, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of our terms or policies;

6. comply with the law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate.

8. to send you marketing and promotional messages and other information that may be of interest to you, including information sent on behalf of our business partners that we think you may find interesting;

We may use the information we collect through your use of our services to:

1. measure the use of Okendo and to administer and improve Okendo. We interpret this statistical data in our continuing effort to improve Okendo and your user experience.

2. gather information on which web pages are visited and how often, to make Okendo more user friendly, and to give you a better experience when you return to Okendo.

We may combine the information you give to us directly with the information we collect through your use of our service or from third parties.

We may supply third parties with information relating to the users accessing Okendo who provide unique referral identifiers to us, or who access Okendo by use of an affiliate URL or similar tracking mechanism, for the purpose of Okendo's marketing incentive programs.

In delivering our products or collecting and using your personal information, we may be required to disclose some of your personal information to third party organisations, including external service providers; our legal, accounting, financial or other professional advisors; and regulatory or government authorities as required by law.

We use a number of security measures to protect the information you provide to us.

We protect your personal information by:

2. maintaining our technology systems to prevent unauthorised computer access; and

3. securely destroying your personal information when your personal information is no longer needed.

When making payments using our services, or receiving payments using our services, your financial details are passed through a secure server using industry standard encryption technology.

We use industry standard encryption technology to transmit and encrypt all financial and payment information in our possession.
