Andzen also integrated Okendo Loyalty with Klaviyo, launching automated email flows that kept SABO’s loyalty members engaged at every touchpoint.
The results? Since launching Sabo Resort, the program has driven impressive outcomes, with SABO seeing an 11% increase in website conversion rates, a 9.4% AOV increase among members, and loyalty members converting 3X more often.
The integration with Klaviyo has also been crucial in driving membership for Sabo Resort, as well as engagement with points earning and spending. The automated email flows have an average open rate of 66% and click rate of 11.7%, while boosting conversion rates by nearly 8%.
